Kelston Capital Pty Ltd is committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs). This notice explains what we collect, why, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Identity information: name, date of birth, contact details.
- Financial information: income, expenses, assets, loans, debts.
- Property information: address, purchase price, valuations.
- Communication history and appointment notes.
Why we collect it
To prepare loan-scenario projections and, where engaged, to arrange credit. We do not provide personal financial advice; the projections generated by this tool are general in nature.
How we hold it
Data is stored in Australia on Microsoft Azure and encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is restricted to authorised Kelston Capital personnel.
Who we share it with
With your consent, we share necessary information with lenders and our aggregator (Connective Credit Services Pty Ltd, Australian Credit Licence 389328) when submitting a loan application.
How long we retain it
Credit-representative records are retained for seven years as required under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Contact us at privacy@kelstoncapital.com.au. Complaints unresolved after 30 days may be referred to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).
